    Return and refund
    All of our products come with ONE YEAR warranty. You may return most new, undamaged items sold and fulfilled by Chinacargps.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also refund the shipping costs you've paid if the return is a result of our error. However, we would appreciate if you can write to us before any return.

    Procedures of return
    Once you've made up mind to return, please click here to download return mailing label. Fill the form, and print it out. Please follow the instructions below closely to return.
    Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
    Put the return mailing label into the package.
    Please use postal service of your country, not courier companies such as DHL,UPS.
    After sending the package to us, please write to us, telling us the tracking number.
    Once we've checked the conditions of the items, you will get refund, either full refund or partial refund.

    Non-Returnable Items
    Chinacargps.com does not accept returns of the following items:
    Free gifts in case they are faulty.
    Free map that can not work on your unit.
    Copyrighted map that is has been registered.
    Return of an item due to general dissatisfaction.
    Items that violate warranty.
    Defective items due to improper use.
    7 days after signing for the package.

    Exchange
    If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, write to us to request a replacement. In this case, we will cover the sending shipping fee.
    If you ordered a wrong item, and want to exchange it for the proper one, write to us beforehand, then send it to us. If you do not want to wait, you can go ahead to place a new order. Once we get the returned item, we will refund you the expense of the first item.

    Calculating Your Refund

    Defective items found within 7 days after signing for the package.
    Serious mistakes made by us.
    Improper description of major function that leads to great misunderstanding and trouble.

    The following conditions apply Partial Refund
    After checking, we can't find the problem reported by customers when he/she decided to return
    There are damages to the returned items caused by customers.
    In either case above, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

    How Refunds are Issued
    Your refunds will be issued to you through Paypal or bank transfer once we confirm the conditions of the item.

    For issues not stipulated here, both parties shall resolve through friendly consultation.
