● Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
● Put the return mailing label into the package.
● Please use postal service of your country, not courier companies such as DHL,UPS.
● After sending the package to us, please write to us, telling us the tracking number.
● Once we've checked the conditions of the items, you will get refund, either full refund or partial refund.

● Copyrighted map that is has been registered.

Exchange
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, write to us to request a replacement. In this case, we will cover the sending shipping fee.
If you ordered a wrong item, and want to exchange it for the proper one, write to us beforehand, then send it to us. If you do not want to wait, you can go ahead to place a new order. Once we get the returned item, we will refund you the expense of the first item.
